The Abuzz remote monitoring system allows our support department to monitor the health
of your Abuzz kiosks remotely in real time. The system can monitor a range of items such
as the status of the CPU, hard disk, memory, printer, internet connection and even your
software application*.
Who would use it?
Anyone operating public access terminals will benefit from using Abuzz Remote Monitoring system.
Because your Abuzz kiosks are valuable tools for your customers, you want to know if something
is not functioning the way it should. If there is an issue, our support staff are automatically
notified straight away and can promptly attend to your kiosk.
